We’re Undergoing A Big Change

Change of Platform

I am currently investing time and money into moving away from the current system of Square appointments and payments and online forms. All bookings and payments for grooming and boarding, in addition to messaging, updates, home visit check-ins, photos, and profiles for every one of your pigs (think medication, recent medical history, dietary needs, age, veterinarian details, emergency contact…) will live and be managed in the TimeToPet app.

This is a free app for you to download – or you can simply use the TimeToPet Client Portal website if you don’t want to use an app.

Within the app/portal you can expect to be able to manage all your correspondance, appointments, history, payments and more with me. I will be able to provide details on your grooming appointments – so weights, services, any health or behavioural things of note.

I will still be available on WhatsApp (how else to send those 6 minute long videos?!) and Square will still be an option for those not downloading the app, however I believe the new platform will offer a much better experience with a lot more timely responses and updates!

To activate your TimeToPet account, please visit https://www.timetopet.com/portal/activate and enter your email address, and click “Send Activation Email”. You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.

After logging in for the first time, please take a moment to review all of the information in the “Pets” section as well as the “My Info” section. If any additional information needs to be updated, please take a moment to update your info as well. If you have any questions about using the Portal, you can visit the Help Section (http://help.timetopet.com/collection/7-client-portal) or you can contact us directly.

You can also download the Time To Pet app and login using your existing client portal login credentials.

In the app you can update your information, view and send messages, request services and much more. The app also supports push notifications, if you’d like to receive notifications when we’ve sent you a new message.

The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or from the Google Play Store, just search for “Time To Pet”.

You can access the portal on your computer (or browser on your device) by following this link (https://www.timetopet.com/portal/guineapiggroomer) or hovering over the Membership button on the Main Menu and selecting the TimeToPet Portal dropdown option.

I’m still working on finessing a few areas, including pet details, but the majority of the necessary work has been done. I expect the app/portal to be fully functional by the end of this week (w/e 24th Nov ’24) but please do bear with me as this is a learning experience for me as well as for you! I’ve tested everything there is to test and all seems ok, but it will remain a work in progress.

I am however hopeful that this is the change that needed to happen to make the business admin far easier, thus freeing me up for a lot more of the interesting work!
