Membership

Membership to Tiny Paws is optional, anyone is welcome to use our services and to seek advice.

We chose to offer a membership as a way of rewarding the loyalty of many of our clients, and to try to make our services more accessible to others. Anyone can become a Tiny Paws Member at the flat fee of £25 or £40 per year. This provides a full 6 or 12 months from the date of payment. The fee is the same no matter how many guinea pigs you have.

Membership permits the member to:

* Holiday boarding and home visit fees discounted by up to 30% per day

* Up to 30% discount on grooming fees

* Free nail trims

* Free printed weight chart

Since most members make much more than £40 in savings across a year, it’s more of a loyalty scheme if you like: a thank you from us to you for trusting us with your beloved piggies.

6 MONTH MEMBERSHIP – £25
If you’re unlikely to use our services year-round, then you can instead opt for a shorter-term membership option which still provides the full benefits of membership. This is ideal if you are looking to take maybe just one holiday in the next six months and not use our grooming services routinely.

12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP – £40
If you’re likely to book in routine grooming all year round, or you’ll be wanting to board for more than two weeks in total across the year, our original membership plan is our best value option. All the benefits, twice the length of the short-term membership, for less than twice the price.

Membership Refund Policy

Have you changed your mind about being a member? If you don’t want to continue with your membership, please let us know within 14 days of payment and you will receive a full refund. Refunds are not available more than 14 days after payment, and/or after using any of our services with your member’s discount.
