HOLIDAY BOARDING
We do ask that you book as far in advance as you can as we can get very busy, particularly at peak periods such as half-term, Christmas and the summer holidays. However, we don’t charge extra for these periods.
Our boarding prices are in the table below. If you have multiple guineas NOT sharing a cage, each separate cage/grouping will be counted as a separate booking e.g. two single pigs living separately = 2 cages, therefore 2 singles = 2x £x a night.

Membership to Tiny Paws is optional and not required, anyone is welcome to use our services and to seek advice. However there are benefits to joining the Tiny Paws Family. An annual fee of £40 provides a full 12 months from the date of payment – and the fee stays the same no matter how many guinea pigs you have – or you can get the same benefits for £25 for 6 months. You are then entitled to service discounts of ~30% and access to content not otherwise available to the general public.Please visit our Membership page for full information, and contact us directly if you are in any doubt as to what’s included.
HOW TO PAY FOR GROOMING OR BOARDING
Unlike most, we don’t require a deposit or upfront payment from our customers, and we don’t charge for cancellations. We will continue to operate this way provided our system is not abused, and the following details are understood.
To pay for grooming or boarding, you will be emailed a link to an invoice which is connected to our Square booking system (through which your appointment was scheduled) for the total amount due.
Payment is by card, by clicking on the secure link within your email/text.
GROOMING: No deposit required. Payment is on completion of services. Your payment invoice will be sent manually, we aim to ensure it is sent to you the same day of service. We request that you pay the full amount upon receipt.
BOARDING: No deposit required. An email is sent to you automatically on the day of drop-off/start date with a “payment due date” of your arranged collection day. You will receive one automatic payment reminder on the date of collection, followed by one final reminder 3 days after the date of collection if you have not yet paid.
Payment is preferred by card through the Square system. BACS (bank transfer) or Paypal are accepted on request. We do not accept cash and we don’t carry cash on the premises or ourselves. We cannot give change if you insist on paying by cash.
Invoices remaining unpaid 10 days after invoicing will incur Late Payment fees at a cost of £10 per day, and/or risk blacklisting you as a customer, unless payment has been otherwise arranged in writing.
