As demand for our services grow and new guinea pig families find us, we are getting booked up earlier and earlier each year. For the most part we have some space during all of the main holidays, but there isn’t much wiggle room – of 11 cages, up to 9 are taken for almost 2 weeks of the summer holidays already (and we’re only in February!).
If it was possible to expand the space we have available, we would. Alas we remain stuck, for now, in a catch-22 situation: in order to grow the business and be able to expand our boarding facilities and services, we need more space, but to afford somewhere with more space we need to grow and expand. It’s a nice problem to have, but who knows how it can be resolved, beyond a lucky lottery win?!
The Availability Calendar is up to date as of 18 February 2025. We have varied exact availability and as yet, we aren’t filling all 11 boarding spaces. If you need to book your piggies in for Easter, bank holidays, half terms or the summer, we recommend you book ASAP.
Current hot dates – VERY limited availability (between two and four cages remaining):
02 – 06 May
08 – 26 August
We currently have GOOD availability (four or more cages remaining, including minimum of one large cage for groups) for the entirety of Easter (all of April). It is highlighted as limited on the calendar however we should be able to accommodate multiple requests.
If you know you will be away for example in August but don’t know exact drop off and pick up dates just yet, drop us a WhatsApp and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate you by pencilling you in.
If you know the dates but not what drop off time you might need, when you arrange a drop off through our Square Appointments system, we suggest you select a time of midday or the nearest available time; we can amend this nearer the date of your booking, the important thing is to get it logged on the system. The date is more important than the time.
We don’t charge a cancellation fee but please do remember we can only continue with this as long as everyone either honours their booking (even if the dates change a little) or lets us know of a cancellation as far in advance as possible.
