Closed Until 29 Jan ’25

Just a reminder that we are closed for another 8 days as I continue working through the one time of year I turn completely inward to focus solely on all the things I’ve neglected (in both my personal and professional lives) in the past twelve months! I’m getting to the stage now I can begin to reply to boarding and grooming requests but please be aware I’m still technically taking my only real “time off” each year, so the more you can provide me with from the outset the more likely I’ll be able to respond while I’m “off work”.

During this period I work through everything from accounting and taxes, to annual statistics, reflection, assessing the good and bad of the past year, making plans for physical tasks for the coming year, social and website intentions and preparing, and a full reset and reflection personally. I also have the added fun this January of getting Timmy castrated, and getting Woody his six-month vet check – which this time will almost certainly mean adding in a new pain relief medication – meaning I’ll have 4 hours of driving to do this week and another 2 hours next week, just to get the boys set! That’s assuming all goes to plan for Timmy…fingers crossed.

As I mentioned before, you can still book in with me, you can also still place orders with us, there may just be a delay in confirmation or completion. Rest assured if you have followed the steps and I have confirmed your appointment through the Square app, you are booked in! However due to my annual “leave” I will be contacting all clients who are booked in to reaffirm that the booking is secured. (That being said, if you have booked and I have accepted – you will receive a Square Appointment confirmation email when I accept the appointment – then the appointment stands. But sometimes people miss this confirmation, so I will endeavour to make that extra contact as soon as possible.)

Grooming bookings – ensure a complete details form AND Square appointment request, both are on this page. I need BOTH forms to be completed to book you in!:

Boarding bookings (including availability calendar – if no colour coding on dates required then availability is good, I will be updating the calendar with colour coding for the full year imminently); again please compete BOTH the details form and submit a drop off date in the Square system (don’t worry about the time you choose as this can be updated nearer the actual booking, it’s just really helpful if you get that initial Boarding Drop Off into the system especially if you’re a first timer):

In the meantime, I need to get back to another year of numbers. Not nearly as fun as the other things I get to plan and do!!
